1235 kilojoules/295 calories per serving 4 pears, peeled, cored 1 tblspn lemon juice 1cup fresh raspberries 1 tblspn lite margarine 1 tblspn brown sugar ¾ cup unsweetened toasted muesli

1. Sprinkle the pears with lemon juice and cut into 1cm (½in) pieces. Arrange raspberries and pieces of pear in four ½ -cup capacity ramekins.

2. Melt the margarine in a medium saucepan, add the sugar and muesli, mix well.

3. Spoon mixture on top of each ramekin, bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes.
