Tangy Pear and Raspberry Cobbler Directions
1235 kilojoules/295 calories per serving 4 pears, peeled, cored 1 tblspn lemon juice 1cup fresh raspberries 1 tblspn lite margarine 1 tblspn brown sugar Â¾ cup unsweetened toasted muesli
1. Sprinkle the pears with lemon juice and cut into 1cm (Â½in) pieces. Arrange raspberries and pieces of pear in four Â½ -cup capacity ramekins.
