Red Cabbage with Caraway Seeds Directions
188 kilojoules/45 calories per serving Â½ medium red cabbage 2 tblspn red wine vinegar 2 tspn caraway seeds Â¼ tspn nutmeg Â¼ cup roughly chopped chives 1 tblspn lite sour cream 1 tblspn natural low fat yoghurt Chives to garnish
1. Wash the cabbage and place in a saucepan with 3cm (1Â¼in) of boiling water. Add the vinegar, caraway seeds and nutmeg. Cover and boil for 2-3 minutes. Drain well, toss in the chives.
