King Prawns (Shrimp) with Pernod Directions
398 kilojoules/95 calories per serving 1 tblspn oil 2 cups green king prawns (shrimp), deveined and shelled, tails intact 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tblspn finely chopped spring onions (scallions) 1 tblspn finely chopped chives Â½ tspn cracked black pepper 2 tblspn pernod (or aniseed liqueur) parsley sprig for garnish
1. In a large frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat. Add the prawns, garlic, spring onions, chives, pepper and pernod.
