Rich butterscotch sauce Directions

1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 30g butter 1 tablespoon liquid glucose ½ cup evaporated milk ½ cup thickened cream

Combine sugar, butter and glucose in pan, stir constantly over heat without boiling, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, stir in milk and cream. Serve warm or cold.

Makes about 2 cups.
